Document Scanning: Using your device camera to capture images of physical mail.

AI Analysis: Analyzing mail content to identify sender, category, urgency, and other attributes.
Response Generation: Creating draft responses using artificial intelligence.
Physical Mail Sending: Sending printed letters through our postal service integration (additional fees apply).
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
Account Security: Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Accurate Information: Providing accurate and complete registration information.
Account Activity: All activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create through the App, including:
Scanned Documents: Images and text extracted from your physical mail.
Draft Responses: Written content generated or edited by you.
Personal Information: Profile data and preferences.
By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the services described.
You agree not to use the App to:

When using our physical mail sending feature:
Fees: A fee of $2.99 per letter applies, which includes printing, postage, and delivery.
Processing Time: Letters are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
Delivery: We use third-party postal services; delivery times vary by destination.
No Guarantee: We do not guarantee delivery dates or recipient response.
You are responsible for ensuring the content of your letters complies with postal regulations and applicable laws.
The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze mail and generate responses. You understand that:

Review Required: You should review all AI-generated content before use or sending.
Accuracy: AI analysis may contain errors; verify important information independently.
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for any actions taken based on AI-generated content.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Envilo AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or software without our prior written consent.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not warrant that:
